| Status Quo Live at AECC Britain’s best-loved rockers Status Quo will be returning to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre’s (AECC’s) Press & Journal Arena on Friday 17th December 2010 to perform The Quid Pro Quo Tour. Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s Managing Director says, “It is fantastic to hear that Status Quo will be returning to our arena again. They have been coming here for over 10 years!” Status Quo's hits include "Down Down" (1975), "Rockin' All Over the World" (1977) and "Whatever You Want" (1979). "Down Down" topped the UK singles chart in January 1975 becoming their only British number one single to date. Quo have now sold in excess of 118 million records worldwide and have made 106 appearances on BBC TV's 'Top of the Pops’, more than any other group.
