Motorhead now appearing at AECC

British hard rockers Motorhead will now kick off their national tour at the Aberdeen Exhibition and

Conference Centre’s (AECC’s) Press & Journal Arena on 8th November 2010.  The concert, previously

planned to be held at the Aberdeen Music Hall, has been moved to the larger venue due to the

unprecedented demand for tickets from the fans.

2010 marks Motorhead’s 35th Anniversary in the business, led by legendary frontman Lemmy Kilmister

and featuring Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee. Their last album ‘Motorizer’ was released in 2008

however the band plans to release a new studio album this year.
Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s Managing Director says, “It is great news that more tickets are now available

for this previously sold out show due to the change of venue. Now more North East fans will get the

opportunity to see these British rock legends perform in Aberdeen.”
Tickets for Motorhead are on sale now, cost £26.00 + booking fee and are available from Ticketmaster

on 08444 77 9000 or online at www.ticketmaster.co.uk. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
