| Stereophonics line up Aberdeen for show Welsh indie rock band Stereophonics will be returning to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre’s (AECC’s) Press & Journal Arena on Sunday 30th May 2010. The band have announced they will play 3 exclusive UK warm up shows, including one date in Aberdeen, ahead of their appearances at T In The Park and Cardiff City Stadium. Brian Horsburgh, AECC’s Managing Director says, “We are delighted that Stereophonics have decided to once again return to the North East after selecting Aberdeen as a stop for their warm up shows. We have been fortunate to have them appear previously and we are certain this will be another amazing concert.” The warm up shows come at the end of a successful world tour which included stops in Europe, Australia and Asia. The tour title ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ came from their recent album which was released in November 2009 and is named after a famous World War Two poster.
